FRIDAYS is shifting brand perceptions and breaking out of the cluttered casual dining category by defining and creating a dynamic new social hub to meet millennial needs. The new open environment space offers guests a comfortable place to work, have off-site meetings, or just relax on the couch. Bartenders are up early creating fresh-squeezed juices, along with espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes for the morning pick-me-up. The repositioning included a complete design program.
The reinvention also presented a strategic opportunity for a locally relevant, all-day social hub named Bar FRDY. This smaller format concept boasts more premium offerings and can function seamlessly as a space within FRIDAYS or as a standalone concept.
